2026 Bay to Ocean Conference Call for Proposals

Eastern Shore Writers Association (ESWA) invites proposals for our 29th annual Bay to Ocean Writers Conference (BTO) which will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland.

Submission deadline for proposals: August 30th at 11:59 PM.

Congratulations Stephanie Fowler ESWA’s Legacy Award Recipient

On Saturday, March 8th, at the 28th annual Bay to Ocean Writers Conference, Stephanie L. Fowler was awarded Eastern Shore Writers Association’s Legacy Award, a yearly honor bestowed to a literary citizen who has selflessly furthered the Eastern Shore’s literary arts community.
