Welcome! We look forward to seeing you at the 17th annual Bay to Ocean Writers Conference on February 22, 2014. Your admission fee covers all conference sessions, a continental breakfast, networking lunch, and refreshments during the day. See our FAQ page for more registration details.

Program:
You will have the opportunity to select up to five sessions from 24 different ones during the day. The morning sessions will be 90 minutes. The afternoon sessions will be one hour with 5-minute breaks between. Just walk to the classroom of your speaker choice. While classrooms have capacity limits, there are enough topics and concurrent sessions that you should be able to select most of your first choices. Descriptions of sessions and speaker biographies will soon be posted on the 2014 Program tab. For a glimpse of last year's sessions click on the 2013 Program tab above.
Just a reminder that no children are permitted, and no pets are allowed, except service animals.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are available if you cancel your registration before February 1, 2014, but no refunds are available after that cancellation deadline. If the conference is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be reimbursed your registration less handling and food fees for which the conference is responsible. Payment will be made within 60 days of cancellation.

Map & Lodging:
Map and driving directions are on the "Map/Location" page of our website. Chesapeake College is located in Wye Mills at the intersection of U.S. 50 and Md. Rt. 214 (Centreville Rd. It is about 15 minutes north of Easton and 29 miles east of Annapolis.
The closest lodging is along U.S. 50 in the Kent Narrows/Grasonville, Md. area, about eight miles west of the college. There is also lodging 14 miles to the east in Easton. More lodging information can be found on the website: www.tourtalbot.org.
