Professional Manuscript Reviews

2011 Professional Manuscript Reviews
Information to be posted

Information below is from 2010 Conference

Any BTO conference attendee may arrange for a one-on-one manuscript review for a fee of $40. The writer will have half an hour, on the day of the conference, with a published author/instructor who will have studied the manuscript and can draw on professional experience to offer insights and recommendations.

This is a limited opportunity on a first-come basis. Send manuscripts prior to January 15, which will give reviewers time to consider your writing. Writers will be advised about the time and location of their reviews when they check in on February 20.

Manuscript reviewers for 2010 will include Barbara Esstman, Sue Ellen Thompson, Kate Blackwell, Austin Camacho, Ally Peltier, and others (see their biographies on the Program link).

You may submit prose up to 25 pages for review, including a title page.  Nothing over 25 pages will be read. Poetry should be limited to 50 lines.
